明年1月開始Telekom的紙寄電話單，額外徵收RM5！
需要這樣做才不需要多付TM RM5！
***【11月16日更新】隨著Berita Harian於11月2日刊登」Tindakan TM caj bil RM5 aniaya pengguna』對TM收取RM5紙寄帳單一事開炮；通訊部長YB Senator Datuk Seri Dr. Mohd Salleh Said Keruak, Minister of Communications and Multimedia於11月3日發表文告要求TM解釋」Panggil TM beri penjelasan」後。TM開聲了，在其網站發文說電子帳單E-Bill是未來的方向、更環保、方便、安全。但他們會考量顧客的回饋，改進2016年1月電子帳單（e-billing）的落實。
TM澄清對於紙寄帳單收費，只適用於有網線服務broadband services (Streamyx and UniFi) 的客戶，有網線服務的客戶接收電子帳單（E-Bill）的同時，仍然想要繼續收到紙寄帳單的話需要sign up紙寄帳單（方法和申請E-Bill一樣，請看下面的文章）和繳付每月RM2的nominal monthly fee。
In order to facilitate the implementation of the e-billing, we have already embarked on a communication plan since August 2015 via the current printed TM bill, and are calling for all our broadband customers to update their preferred email address and telephone number by sending an email to [email protected], or visit the nearest TMpoint outlet or call us at 100. In addition to receiving the free e-bill, broadband customers who wish to continue receiving printed bills may also sign-up (via the above channels) for a nominal monthly fee of RM2.
如果你只有TM電話（沒有broadband-Streamyx and UniFi網線）則將會繼續免費收到紙寄帳單。
Meanwhile, we would also like to clarify further that all our TM phone only customers (who do not have broadband service with us) will continue to receive the printed bill for free. We still encourage these customers to opt for the electronic bill by signing up via the same channels above, a choice made by more than 180,000 TM phone customers today.

Telekom用戶注意了！明年1月1日起，Telekom將向用戶（UniFi, Streamyx 和TM 電話）徵收每個月RM5的紙寄帳單費。如果你不想每月多付RM5，必須向Telekom申請電子帳單（e-billing）。
另外，如果你用AutoPay付款，每月帳單可以獲得RM2現金回扣 。很多時候我們只看需要還多少錢，沒留意到還有這麼一回事！在這裡特提醒大家，麻煩你也順便轉告給朋友。下面和大家說說該怎麼做。

Telekom實行電子帳單（E-Bill）無疑是要降低運營成本、鼓勵環保少用紙張，讓更多用戶都上網還帳。但是對於年長老人、不善於上網的人士或者根本沒有網線的人來說，電子帳單（E-Bill）實在太困難了！需要上網check email，得知需要還多少錢然後去付款！而且一份紙寄帳單收RM5也太貴了吧！
如果不想1月1日起被徵收RM5，你必須要登記電子帳單（E-Bill）！Telekom會Email每月帳單去你的email address。
How to Register E-Bill?申請電子帳單（E-Bill）的方法
1) Email電郵你的電話號碼和email address至 [email protected]，說明要register E-Bill，不要bil bercetak/printed bill
2) 或者到鄰近的TMPoint分行
3) 或者撥打100號
當你成功register登記後，你將會在下一個月開始接收電子帳單（E-Bill ）。比如：你於這個月2日成功登記，那你的帳單日期（bill date）會是每個月第4日。你將於帳單日期（bill date）的7天內收到一封附上電子帳單（E-Bill ）的email。
順便登記一個MyTM網上戶口
有了MyTM網上戶口，你可以Sign In查看多達6個月的帳單、網上付帳單、upgrade提升你的配套、Redeem TM Rewards以分數換取獎品等。
1) 你可以選擇Login with facebook 或者」Register Now」
a) 首先，登陸TM網站https://mytm.tm.com.my 選擇」Bill Payment」 或者直接登陸 https://mytm.tm.com.my/new/login.jsp#mybills
b) 點選」REGISTER NOW」註冊
c) 填寫相關資料，填妥後按」SUBMIT」提交
如果你的電話是7個號碼，比如：07-8823158，07的前後需加」0″：0 07 0 8823158
d) 恭喜你，註冊成功了！
現在你可以Sign In你的MyTM戶口了，查看你的帳單、也可以直接在TM網上付帳。
如果想在TM網上付帳，只需輸入要還的數額，然後按」PAY NOW」。付款方式有RHB Ebanking, Credit Card, Maybank2U和 CIMBbClicks。
你也可以通過你的MyTM戶口，Redeem TM Rewards以分數換取獎品！每付帳單RM 1, 你會有1 reward point，累積下來就可以換獎品。
用AutoPay付款，每月帳單現金回扣RM2 (rebate RM2)！
TM Autopay是免費的自動過帳付款服務，會在每個月帳單逾期前，直接從你的卡、信用卡、銀行戶口扣去還。自1-10-2015起，凡繳付RM20或以上的電話和Streamyx帳單就會獲得RM2的回扣。需要注意的是，激活TM Autopay activation服務需要約4-8星期的時間。在這段時間，你可以先用其它方式付款，直到TM Autopay被激活（activated）。查詢狀態（TM Autopay status），可致電100 號或者1 300 88 1221 (UniFi) 。

填妥Autopay Registration Form並且印出來簽名。傳真Fax至03 2240 8242 / 03 2241 1670 或者Email 至[email protected]或者交給鄰近的TMpoint分行。 UniFi用戶點擊 這裡。
如果要Cancel取消Autopay/更改信用卡資料，須下載Change / Termination Form
