免6個月租金、免息免還貸款，拐杖輪椅大派送！如果馬來人手機專賣商場還是做不起，海龜蛋部長應該抱海龜跳海了！

嘩！大家看看！免6個月租金、免費店面專修加上政府提供免息貸款！原來今天開張的只限馬來人手機電子專賣商場有這樣的優惠保障，難怪海龜蛋部長伊斯邁沙比利那麼有信心的保證，這【馬來專賣區】不會在三個月內倒閉了。

看哪！還沒真正開業就受到重重保護，不但給拐杖，還給輪椅，如果這樣還是不能成功搞出名堂，伊斯邁沙比利應該抱著海龜去跳海了。

這個自稱不是種族主義的海龜蛋部長說，提供馬來小商販這麼多特權優惠的目的是保障他們的競爭力，可以在不需運作成本的情況之下去跟非土著同行競爭搶客。

不過，這裡我又想問問海龜蛋部長先生了。

第一：這些給你擺上台的馬來手機商家，開業之前有沒有提供他們專業的訓練？有沒有傳授市場銷售技巧？有沒有讓他們先打好電子行業的根基？對每一款銷售的智慧型手機性能都能否掌握？

第二：這些馬來攤販所進的第一批智慧型手機和各種電子商業產品，都是政府貸款幫他們準備的嗎？這些產品都清蒸嗎？還是油炸？

第三：你規定只有馬來人才能在裡面售賣手機電子產品，但是為什麼你又要求非土著一定要去光顧支持購買他們的產品？非土著有吃豬肉、身上滿滿是豬的DNA喔，你不怕你的馬來攤販沾染到不清蒸的東西嗎？

第四：你的馬來攤販習慣了大手大腳，不勞而獲牟取暴利，售賣智慧型手機的利潤相對比較少，他們或許暫時願意屈就（看來主要還是看在政府提供免利息免攤還的10萬令吉貸款的份上啦），當錢花完了，這些表演是不是馬上就落幕了呢？

第五：這是經營企業必不可少的竅門：但凡自己辛苦創業、白手起家賺來的血汗錢，才會特別珍惜；你海龜蛋部長先生卻讓他們完全不流一滴汗的情況下就得到這麼多優惠和創業資本，就算虧光了都不必還錢。俗話說，容易來就容易去，easy come easy go，你覺得這樣不勞而獲的創業資本他們會珍惜嗎？

第六：免租金6個月期滿之後，如果要他們繳交租金他們不肯，大吵大鬧，或恫嚇說要結束營業，你是不是打算繼續無限期延長優惠，永遠不必他們繳交租金呢？如果他們的【創業資本】用光了，你是不是繼續無限量輸送金錢給他們揮霍呢？

當然還有很多很多疑問，這裡就不再說了，估計以上這6個疑問已經夠你頭疼的了。

最後順帶一提：難怪明年度財政預算案，MARA原本只是向政府要20億，但是雞哥卻大手筆給到37億；原來多出來的17億是準備用來給這些馬來企業家這樣揮霍的哦？明白了明白了。

Traders at 『Low Yat 2』 get six-month rent relief, free store renovations

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 8 ― Traders at the new all-Bumiputera tech mall by Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) can operate rent-free for six months, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob announced today, saying the incentive will allow these entrepreneurs to keep prices low and give them the edge over their competitors.

The rural and regional development minister also said renovation and interior works for the shops were entirely borne by a federal vendor programme, which he said cost the traders almost nothing to set up their businesses at the mall often dubbed 「Low Yat 2」.

「They get a temporary relief incentive like six month-free lease. This should give them the advantage.

「Means they can keep the prices competitive at the moment so they should be able to promote their businesses,」 Ismail Sabri told the press after opening the mall.

The minister also said he was confident that the mall would be a success with the incentives.

For now, the MARA Digital Mall is situated at the third and second floor of the MARA-owned Atrium Busana mall on Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman here, a known favourite shopping district patronised mostly by Malays.

Currently 36 vendors have been given the opportunity to set up their businesses here, with telecommunication giants like Apple, Samsung and Oppo all slated to open their shops by month-end.

Other renowned computer firms like Hewlett Packard and Acer have already begun operating today.

The 36 vendors were picked based on their 「track records」, Ismail said, although he said MARA did not impose performance targets.

「They are businesses. They have their own key performance index. I am sure they want to succeed,」 he said.

The minister first mooted the idea to set up the Malay-only tech mall after the violent racial brawl that occurred outside the popular Low Yat Plaza on July 22.

MARA later said it would look into the proposal to use its building for the mall dubbed 「Low Yat 2」, despite criticism that the idea would only deepen existing racial prejudices.

MARA chairman Tan Sri Annuar Musa, who is also Umno MP for Ketereh, insisted the idea was not racist and added that when making the proposal, Ismail Sabri had merely meant for the mall to provide Malay entrepreneurs the opportunity to venture into the telecommunications business.

Ismail said today MARA plans to open more tech centres nationwide in the future should the Mara Digital Mall here succeed.
