《旅遊部長贊Bersih4幫政府省下大筆宣傳費！》
旅遊部長納茲里讚揚凈選盟4集會！他表示這場大集會吸引眾多外媒包括CNN, Al Jazeera 及 BBC連續幾天的大力報導，這無形中幫忙宣揚大馬，也幫政府省下很多宣傳費，有關大集會有助於我國的旅遊事業！同時也讓我國有機會正好向世界展示了大馬健康的民主體制。
「這對吸引外國旅客而言也有好處，因為他們 （凈選盟）展示了大馬健康的民主體制。」
「現在全世界都認識大馬這個國家，這要感謝凈選盟。」
移民局沒予中國遊客入境便利
針對民主行動黨芙蓉區國會議員陸兆福詢問政府將採取怎樣的步驟來吸引中國遊客時，提到中國遊客免簽證課題，納茲里表示，中國擁有龐大人口，但移民局卻沒有協助給予該國遊客入境的便利。
他指出，移民局目前僅提供中國20人以上的隨團遊客簽證，惟鄰國印尼和泰國都把握商機，撤銷類似規定。
「俄羅斯過去是共產黨國家，該國遊客可以得到30天的免費簽證，目前仍是共產國家的中國，他們（移民局）卻拒絕提供其遊客簽證，我不理解此事為何。」
他透露，今年上半年的來馬中國遊客人數下降至11.7%，從去年同期的85萬0877人下降至75萬1383人。
此外，陸兆福也建議旅遊部委任目前在中國參加《我是歌手》節目出名的茜拉（Shila Hamzah）成為我國旅遊大使，並帶動更多中國遊客來馬旅遊。
納茲里表示贊同陸兆福這項建議，並會考慮這項建議，並認為這是一項不錯的建議。
根據2015年外國遊客旅馬關鍵績效指標，截至今年1月至6月為止，有多達1256萬名外國遊客人次到我國旅遊，比起2014年的1390萬人次下跌9.4%。
哈，難得有部長開腔讚揚Bersih4，卻換來網民的冷嘲熱諷！看來，納茲里不開聲好過開聲！
Bersih4時，不需要外國遊客，單單是國人的支持，餐館老闆都賺到笑！
反而是紅衫軍才是瘟神！呸！
納吉讓大馬「聞名世界」功不可沒，納茲里不要忘記贊一贊納吉！

KUALA LUMPUR: Taking on a light tone, Tourism and Culture Minister Nazri Aziz thanked international news outfits for their coverage of the August Bersih 4 rally as they had inadvertently helped the government save billions in advertising money to promote the country as a tourist destination.
He said that since the rally had attracted the attention of the foreign media, it had in a way promoted Malaysia to a worldwide audience.
「So I want to thank CNN, Al Jazeera and BBC for showing every day, every hour the yellow shirts gathering which protested against the prime minister,」 he said.
Organised by electoral reform coalition Bersih 2.0, the Bersih 4 rally, instantly recognisable by the yellow shirts participants wore, was held for 34 hours from August 29 to 30 to demand for institutional reforms as well as the resignation of Prime Minister Najib Razak following alleged financial scandals linked to him.
However preferring to downplay criticism of the rally and focus on the bright side of the media coverage Malaysia received because of it, Nazri added, 「We got advertisements valued at billions and this also showed Malaysia practises democracy and allowed a demonstration to be held against a sitting prime minister.
「So, I saved billions of money to advertise through this 『healthy』 demonstration,」 Nazri said in reply to a supplementary question from Simpang Renggam MP Liang Teck Meng at Parliament here today while claiming that the rally had in no way negatively impacted the country’s tourism.
In retaliation to the large turnout of Chinese participants at the Bersih 4 rally, a 「Red Shirts」 rally called the 「Malay Dignity Rally」 was held on September 16. This rally was organised by several pro- Malay non-governmental organisations (NGO).
