大馬近日在不斷受紅衣人風波打擊下，今日又傳來另外的兩個壞消息，看來真是大災大難。馬幣兌美元貨幣匯率創17年亞洲金融危機以來新低點，跌跌不休，低能更低！美國和澳洲又傳來吉隆坡市區尤其美食天堂阿羅街或有可能遭到恐襲，真是讓大馬人擔憂。首先我們來看看關於馬幣的消息。
大馬風波1
根據信用違約互換（CDS）的交易情況顯示，我國信評可能會列入垃圾級，馬幣的今日繼續承壓，馬幣兌美元貨幣匯率創17年亞洲金融危機以來新低點，一度跌至4.3945水平。截至今早10時20分，馬幣兌美元下跌至4.3870；兌新元下跌至3.0795。馬幣兌換其他區域貨幣繼續走低，截至早上9時30分，兌日圓從3.6151/6185跌至3.6336/6417；兌歐元從4.8299/8341跌至4.8844/8949；兌英鎊則走強，從6.6622/6690升至6.6546/6709。（星洲網）
另外，美國聯儲局預計今年晚些時候升息，另外美國當局著手調查一馬發展公司和首相拿督斯里納吉有關的貪污指控，加上中國經濟放緩和原產品價格再跌，各項壞消息一再加劇令吉匯率貶勢，令吉兌美元匯率一度至4.4015，兌新元貶至3.0787。
令吉本周至今累計貶值4.2%。
根據「彭博社」匯價，令吉兌美元今早一度貶至4.4015，截至10時40分收窄至4.3877；令吉兌新元今早再貶至3.0787，比較周三閉市是3.0584水平。
馬股開市也出師不利，開市跌9.02點，一度最低跌10.15點至1603.02點；目前跌3.28點，報1609.28點。

大馬風波2
美國駐馬來西亞大使館是於今晚約10時30分在其推特帳號表示：「發給美國公民的安全訊息，吉隆坡：避免到阿羅街。」
美國駐馬來西亞大使館也提供一個其官方網站的連接說明，根據一個關於潛在恐怖主義行動的訊息，美國駐馬來西亞大使館勸告美國公民勿在周四（24日）到吉隆坡阿羅街及周遭範圍，並且需要謹慎及提高個人安全意識。
另外，澳洲外交及貿易部今日也同樣在其官方網站發出同樣的訊息，並表明澳洲是根據美國方面發出的警告。
該官網指出，基於可能受恐怖襲擊威脅，澳洲公民受促避免到吉隆坡阿羅街及附近一帶。
「我們也繼續勸告澳洲公民重新考慮到沙巴東部旅遊的需要，並且在大馬整體上有一般的安全預警。」
澳洲駐馬最高專員洛史密夫也在其推特轉載澳洲外交及貿易部官網的貼文。
澳指是持續性恐怖威脅
澳洲外交及貿易部指出，這是在馬來西亞的一項持續性恐怖主義威脅，包括在吉隆坡及其他主要城市，大馬當局在2015年已展開多項逮捕涉嫌策劃恐襲的人士，包括襲擊吉隆坡的娛樂場所。
「澳洲公民應該避免到沙巴東部海岸旅遊，包括島嶼、潛水勝地及旅遊勝地，這是因為這些地方有高度持續性的虜綁威脅，而水域綁架的風險在入夜後也提高。
「根據情報，在沙巴東部海岸或周遭繼續受到武裝分子的威脅，綁架威脅的高風險區落在山打根及斗湖城市之間的範圍，因為當地靠近菲律賓南部的蘇祿群島。最近有跡象顯示，極端分子可能有更進一步的計劃來綁架外國遊客。」

Cops on alert for possible Isis attack in Kuala Lumpur

Police are on alert and have increased patrols in Jalan Alor and surrounding areas in capital city Kuala Lumpur following credible information on a potential terrorist attack following the arrests of several militants from the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (Isis) in the past month.
"Yes, we are on alert. More policemen have been sent to the ground," a Kuala Lumpur police source told The Malaysian Insider.
"It is believed to be retaliation for the crackdown against the militants."
The US Embassy in Kuala Lumpur had also advised its citizens to avoid Jalan Alor and surrounding areas today.
Last month, Malaysian police arrested 10 suspected Isis members in multiple raids across the country.
Those arrested included six security forces personnel, a former interior designer and a kindergarten teacher, it was reported.
The suspects – eight men and two women – were detained by the special counter-terrorism division in six separate areas, including Kuala Lumpur.
Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said then that the suspected militants were believed to be plotting an attack on Malaysian soil, and were collecting funds to assist Malaysian Isis members wanting to travel to Syria.
The Diplomat, a current-affairs magazine, reported two days ago that Indonesia’s counter-terrorism chief has warned that the Isis is collaborating with smugglers to bring foreign fighters to Indonesia from Malaysia.
Saud Usman Nasution, head of Indonesia’s counter-terrorism agency, told the Australian Broadcasting Corporation that the Isis fighters arrived from Malaysia in Sumatra, after which they are taken to Poso in central Sulawesi, believed to be a training ground for Isis fighters.
「We see that some foreign terrorist fighters from overseas come to Indonesia. First they leave Malaysia and head for Pekanbaru (Sumatra) to Puncak (west Java) — it’s all facilitated by asylum seeker networks, then from Puncak they would leave to Makassar and Poso, with facilitation from Isis network,」 he said.
「So we need to stay vigilant, more so because there is information that in Malaysia, there are thousands, a lot of foreign terrorist fighters there who are about to be deployed – we don』t know where to – under the network,」 he added. – September 24, 2015.
