納吉不在了，輪到阿末扎希講話了。

他說，916的支持巫統主席納吉貪污集會雖然獲得准證在吉隆坡Padang Merbok集會，但是他們被嚴禁進入三個以華人為主的商業區。即武吉免登、劉蝶廣場和茨廠街。

他說，警方將嚴密監視，決不允許紅衣集會者進入這三個地區，以確保不會發生任何不愉快的衝突和意外事件。

阿末扎希說，迄今為止，警方一共接獲67項報案，其中4項來自馬華，3項來自行動黨，都是指控紅衣集會者企圖挑起種族衝突，要求警方保護市區內愛好和平安寧的人民。

無論如何，雖然警方已經發出禁令，但是巫統的紅衣馬仔一向當警方透明（看看那些Mat Rempit就知道了，警察還要怕他們三分）；萬一他們不理會禁令，堅持硬闖華人區搗亂，警方有能力阻止嗎？

No marching allowed for 『red shirt』 rally at 3 spots, says Zahid

Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi says 『red shirt』 rally goers cannot march at Bukit Bintang, Low Yat, and Petaling Street.

「Red shirt」 rally participants will not be allowed to march in three locations in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said today.

Zahid, who is also home minister, said while the organisers had obtained a permit to gather at Padang Merbok, police would not allow any marching in Bukit Bintang, Petaling Street and Low Yat Plaza.

「The allowed location is the prerogative of the Kuala Lumpur City Hall.

「But the Home Ministry and police will not allow any marching at Bukit Bintang, Low Yat, and Petaling Street.」

He said that Barisan Nasional component party MCA had also lodged police reports against the rally.

「So far we have received 67 reports. Four were from MCA and three from DAP,」 he said.

(The three locations were originally targeted by rally organisers as gathering points.)

The 「Himpunan Rakyat Bersatu」, organised by the National Federation of Silat Associations (Pesaka), is said to be held to counter last month's Bersih 4 rally, which had called for Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s resignation over alleged financial scandals.

The organisers said the rally was not a racist get-together, but critics have pointed out the use of slogans, such as 「kebangkitan maruah Melayu」 (rise of Malay honour), have communal sentiments.
