經常搭飛機的朋友注意啦！KLIA及KLIA 2機場將從2019年1月1日起，面對手機訊號干擾和故障的問題！
根據大馬機場（Malaysia Airports）12月31日 所發出的文告指出，吉隆玻國際機場（KLIA）和吉隆玻第二國際機場（KLIA 2）將從1月1日起出現手機通訊信號問題。

Hello passengers! We will be upgrading our communication infrastructure at KL International Airport starting from 1 January 2019 to further improve on its coverage and capacity as well as to cater for future digitalisation requirements such as Airports 4.0 initiatives. As part of the upgrading process, the cellular service at both KLIA Main and klia2 may be affected in terms of reception and speed. We expect services to resume back to normal within approximately 3 months as the exercise will be done in phases. Here’s what you need to do should you face any intermittent disruption to your cellular service:
1) Please connect to our free Airport WiFi to make data calls via your favourite apps such as WhatsApp and Messenger.
2) To make telephone calls to a fixed line or mobile phone, please proceed to the nearest Information Counter. We have fixed line based telephones for you to do so.
3) Please do approach any of our Airport CARE Ambassador for immediate assistance, be it to connect to the free Airport WiFi or to seek for the nearest fixed line based telephone.

文告指出，目前這兩座機場正在進行升級工程以達成Airports 4.0 Initiatives的目標，預計整個升級工程將費時3個月。在這升級工程期間，機場將會出現手機通訊信號問題。為此，大馬機場也提出了幾個解決方案，讓乘客和親友保持聯繫及溝通。
第一個解決方案：乘客可以免費連接Airport Wifi，然後通過Whatsapps或Messenger撥電給親友。
第二個解決方案：乘客可以到服務櫃檯借用固定線電話（Fixed Line）聯繫好友。大馬機場有準備固定線電話讓民眾使用。
第三個解決方案：可以詢問附近的Airport CARE Ambassador以便尋求幫助。
