（吉隆坡15日訊）劫殺燒死祖孫4人案；兇手竟是年邁死者的30歲幼女男友，因與兩名老人家涉及錢財糾紛，喪心病狂下毒手謀命。

他在行兇中受傷，隨後到私人診所求醫，形跡敗露，經過亡命逃跑30小時，最終束手就擒！

雪州總警長拿督馬茲南說，今日凌晨1時，警方在吉隆坡首都甲洞市中心10/40路一間店寓單位，登門將38歲疑犯拘捕歸案。

他透露，警方拘捕嫌犯後，提供紙和筆錄口供，後者承認作案。

他宣布偵破此案，相信只有一人涉案。

他是見證瓜拉雪蘭莪警區主任移交職權儀式後，受詢及此案進展時，這樣回應。

他指出，疑犯也是聾啞人，他在案發前數小時登門，涉及錢財糾紛，與兩老發生爭執，引發殺機。

據悉，兩名年幼死者的父母親也是聾啞人。

馬茲南說，疑犯在作案過程中受傷，過後到巴生谷一間私人診所求醫，而警方根據這項線索，順藤摸瓜拘捕疑犯。

他指出，早上8時，警方把嫌犯押到瓜拉冷岳法庭申請扣留令，獲得法庭批准延長7天助查。

本周三（13日）清晨約5時30分，兇徒闖入丹絨士拔海邊路一間住家，殺死4名祖孫，然後放火燒屋，惡毒之心令人不齒。

除了謝地南及林愛惜夫婦，他們的兩名孫子，即長子的3歲獨生兒謝永斌及次子的10歲幼兒謝增希也遭毒手，

而謝增希的12歲哥哥躲在廁所，在火勢蔓延到廁所之際，及時逃出生天，保住性命，成為命案的唯一目擊者。

兇手就地取材，倒泄死者摩托的汽油，放火燒屋。

據了解，疑犯是用木棍與刀子攻擊謝地南夫婦，把他們打暈後，就把他們停外屋放的摩托車推倒，讓汽油泄出，

然後用打火機點燃汽油，焚燒房子。

兇徒在點燒火勢時，燒到右手和後腰。

對於疑犯與兩老溝通，馬茲南說，警方還在調查，相信是比手畫腳或用寫紙條。

他說，兩名年邁男女死者遺體的脫氧核糖核酸（DNA）樣本，已送去化驗，以待檢查。

警方嚴密保護唯一生還者，避免受外人騷擾。

馬茲南說，脫險的男童正受警方保護；不過，他拒絕說出具體保護詳情。

對於保護男童期限，他沒有回應。

不過，他指出，警方已錄取男童的口供，並表達滿意。

Factory worker arrested over Tanjong Sepat murder-arson KUALA SELANGOR: Police have arrested a 38-year-old

factory worker in connection with the case in which an elderly couple and their two grandsons were allegedly slashed

to death and set on fire at their home in Tanjong Sepat.

Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Mazlan Mansor said the man was arrested at around 1am on Friday. He is believed

to be the boyfriend of the daughter of the elderly couple.

「A team from the Selangor Serious Crimes Unit (D9) arrested the suspect at a shoplot along Jalan 10/40 in Taman Pusat Kepong,」

he told reporters at the handing over of duties ceremony of the Kuala Selangor OCPD here on Friday.

Comm Mazlan said based on investigation, the suspect is believed to have acted alone.

「The man has a hearing and speech impediment and does not have any criminal record,」 he added.

The elderly couple also have two sons, fathers of the two young victims, who are deaf mutes as are their wives.

In the 5.50am incident on Wednesday (Dec 13), the victims Chia Tee Nang, 73, his wife Lim Mai Shak, 68,

and their grandsons Ryan Chia, nine, and Chia Yuan Bin, three, were believed to have been murdered.

Another grandson, aged 12, survived and is being treated at the hospital.

Police have said they were investigating if a suspect known to the four victims carried out the murder-arson.

Comm Mazlan said police are looking for special clues regarding the case and added that he believed it would be solved soon.

When asked if there was any CCTV footage, Mazlan said there were no CCTVs in the surrounding areas.
