12月12號（星期二）6:20pm，柔北拉美士( Labis ) 的 Jalan JOHOR ( 靠近 Segamat ) 176km 處發生一宗涉及巴士的致命交通事故，
一輛 PERODUA VIVA 車失控撞上一輛 JOHOR SUPER 長途巴士；更正4人命喪現場！
（2名成人與2名孩童）及1人死於 Segamat 醫院！
Six in family die in horrific Segamat car-bus crash
SEGAMAT: Six members in a family died in a horrific collision between their car and an express bus in
Kampung Melayu Raya near here this evening.
The accident occurred at KM176 of Jalan Johor Baru - Seremban about 6.20pm when the family's
Perodua Viva swerved into the opposite lane and collided with the bus.
Segamat police chief Superintendent Raub Selamat, in confirming the accident, said investigation revealed that the
accident occured when the driver of the Viva lost control of the car, sending it to the opposite lane.

"The car then collided with the bus, which was headed from Johor Baru to Segamat.
"The driver of the Viva and three other passengers died on the spot. Another was rushed to the Segamat Hospital
but later died at the hospital.
"I've been told that a baby was also rushed to the hospital by paramedic and has been warded at the hospital's intensive
care unit" he said.
The baby succumbed to injuries at about 10pm.
Raub said investigations are still ongoing to determine the cause of the incident and the identities of the victims.
Meanwhile, Bandar Baru Segamat Fire and Rescue Department chief Mohd Aizah Mamat said an eight-member team in two
fire engines and an ambulance were dispatched to the scene.

該長途巴士15人，包括司機與乘客皆無大礙，14名乘客被另一輛巴士協助載往目的地。
車禍於今午6時10分，在新山通往芙蓉第176公里處發生。
據了解，乘搭轎車的是一家6口，即2名成年男女、2名女童、1名男童和1名嬰兒，其中一對夫妻和2名孩童，
丈夫為莫哈末阿布杜迦納，在現場被醫務人員證實身亡。
1名孩童和1名約3個月大的嬰兒則送往醫院急救，然而該名送往醫院的孩童不治，嬰兒目前正接受治療。
擁有40年駕車經驗的巫裔司機（60歲）說，當時天下豪雨，他下午3時30分從新山出發，原本預計傍晚6時30分載送14名乘客抵達昔加末總站。

SEGAMAT：今晚在這裡的 Kampung Melayu Raya 的一輛高速巴士與一輛高速巴士之間發生了可怕的碰撞，一家六口人死亡。
事故發生在 Jalan Johor Baru - Seremban的 KM176 大約下午6點20分，當時這個家庭的 Perodua Viva 衝進對面的車道並與公共汽車相撞。
昔加末警方首席警司 Raub Selamat 在確認事故時表示，調查顯示，當 Viva 的司機失去對車輛的控制權時，事故發生，並將其送往對面車道。

他說：「有人告訴我，一名嬰兒也被醫護人員送往醫院，並在醫院的重症監護室受到警告。
嬰兒在晚上十點鐘左右受傷。
勞布說，調查仍在進行中，以確定事件的原因和受害者的身份。
與此同時，巴基斯坦昔加末消防部門負責人莫哈末·艾扎·馬瑪特（Mohd Aizah Mamat）表示，
一支由8名隊員組成的兩輛消防車和一輛救護車被派往現場。
