東姑阿米娜是在她的父王柔州蘇丹殿下成功收購8000萬股，將《成功資產公司》的持有股權從原先的2%左右增加至10.9%之後，獲得委任進入成功資產公司Berjaya Assets Bhd管理層。

東姑阿米娜同時也是柔州足總主席；成功資產公司是吉隆坡成功時代廣場購物中心Berjaya Times Square的母公司。

成功集團在致吉隆坡股票交易所的通知書中寫道，東姑阿米娜是經驗豐富的專業管理人才，她的加盟肯定能為公司前途發展帶來幫助。

實際上，東姑阿米娜在這之前已經出任電訊公司RedTone的主席；她同時也是成功水上地產公司Berjaya Waterfront Sdn Bhd的董事部成員。證明柔州王室與成功集團的丹斯里陳志遠早已經是商業合伙人；如今隨著柔州蘇丹殿下增持成功資產股權，是否意味著成功集團將會在柔州地產業大展拳腳了呢？

KUALA LUMPUR: The Sultan of Johor’s daughter, Tunku Aminah Sultan Ibrahim Ismail, has been appointed the new non-independent and non-executive chairman of Berjaya Assets Bhd (BAssets).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the company said Tunku Aminah, 31, had 「considerable experience in heading private organisations across a broad range of industries」.

Seven months ago, she became chairman of REDTone International Bhd, a telecommunication specialist firm.

She is also on the board of several private companies, including Berjaya Waterfront Sdn Bhd, Jauhari Maksima Sdn Bhd and Ibzi Holdings Sdn Bhd.

Tunku Aminah is also the president of the Johor Darul Ta』zim Football Club, or JDT, and chairperson of the Johor Cerebral Palsy Association.

On Monday, it was revealed that Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar was the second biggest individual shareholder in BAssets after acquiring 80 million shares, increasing his stake to 10.09% or 120 million shares.

Berjaya Corp holds a 16.81% stake in BAssets. The company owns Berjaya Times Square Sdn Bhd, BTS Car Park Sdn Bhd, Berjaya Waterfront Sdn Bhd, Berjaya Assets Food (BAF) Sdn Bhd and Sublime Cartel Sdn Bhd.
