菲律賓摩洛民族解放陣線Moro National Liberation Front創始人兼領導人諾米蘇亞利Nur Misuari驚天踢爆，沙巴州海岸外過去發生多起虜人綁架勒索贖金案，其實全是大馬貪污腐敗的執法人員自導自演，嫁禍摩洛組織的！

他宣稱手上擁有足夠多的證據，證明大馬執法人員的奸詐無恥行為。

或許西馬人民看了無感，但對於深受其害的沙巴州人民來說，這絕對夠震撼！估計當消息被廣泛報導後，全民罵翻了！

諾米蘇亞利說，這些貪贓枉法的馬來西亞執法官員私下僱傭摩洛民族解放陣線成員，共同謀劃了一系列的綁架案！

《我承認我的組織內確實有人參與了綁架活動，但他們都是受僱的，是大馬的執法官員以數百萬比索的代價，把我們的成員當成僱傭兵，裡應外合幹案。》他說。

諾米蘇亞利是在菲律賓總統杜特爾特伸出橄欖枝準備接見摩洛民族解放陣線代表談商和平的前夕，接受當地電視台ABS-CBN專訪時發表上述驚人言論。

他說：《將來有機會的話，我會公布那些貪贓枉法的大馬執法官員的身份，並且將它們控上國際刑事法庭，我會將所有證據交出來》！

他舉證一件發生在16年前轟動全球的西巴丹島度假中心綁架事件。當時有10名西方遊客及11名度假中心僱員被集體綁架，而大馬和西方媒體普遍認定那是菲律賓的阿布沙耶夫叛軍幹的。

這21名人質過後全被利比亞總統卡達菲上校仗義營救。卡達菲上校據說交付了上千萬美元的贖金才成功令綁匪放人，利比亞還特別派出專機把西方人質載送到特里波利。

《事實上，如果沒有馬來西亞執法官員的裡應外合，你覺得這樣龐大的犯罪事件能夠成功嗎？》他說：《等著吧！終有一天我會將證據公告天下，讓證據說話。》

另一方面，諾米蘇亞利也歡迎及支持菲律賓總統杜特爾特，支持他與南部各種武裝派系展開和平協商，共推和平進程。

他說，摩洛人都對現任總統杜特爾特很有好感，也都相信他真心誠意跟我們談商放下武器共同達致和平的心願。我非常尊敬他也信任他，跟他相比，前任總統阿基諾差太多了！

當年我們曾經與前任總統拉莫斯達成了和平協議放下武器，但是當阿基諾上台卻推翻協議，繼續以武力指向我們，菲南多年來不能和平安寧，阿基諾要負起很大責任。

N所以現在聽到杜特爾特總統公開呼籲所有派系放下武器共同協商和平進程，還說希望給予棉蘭老島居民一個和平安寧的社會，我非常感動也非常支持他。他會是菲律賓有史以來最好的總統。》他說

Moro leader claims Malaysia behind Sipadan kidnaps

In a rather shocking declaration, Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) founding chairman Nur Misuari reportedly claimed yesterday Malaysia is to blame for the kidnappings in Sipadan back in 2000.

The sensational claim, reported by ABS-CBN News, quoted him as saying: 「Our sources are saying that since Malaysia is the one who is involved in this kidnapping for ransom.

「Probably one day I would drag their leaders into the International Criminal Court,」 Misuari reportedly said in a speech in Malacañang.

「I have all evidence in my hand… They are hiring my own people, even in Sipadan, they hired my cadre officers because they offered millions.」

The paper reported that the kidnappings of 10 Western tourists and 11 Asian resort workers from the Malaysian islands resort of Sipadan 16 years ago were attributed to the Abu Sayyaf militants.

「The Western hostages were freed in August 2001 and flown to Tripoli aboard a special jet sent by Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi, who is said to have paid millions of dollars in ransom. The Asians were also freed.」

Misuari also reportedly assured Philippines president Rodrigo Duterte of his support for the peace process, ahead of the latter’s trip to Malaysia.

「I told president Duterte, I was determined to stay put in the mountains were it not for his invitation. I cannot reject his invitation. Because I respect him too much. And now I came here to thank him, first for restoring my freedom, if only partially.

「I know for a fact, he will not abandon his pledge to the people. He said I will give you peace in Mindanao. Is that so, Mr President? So I support him for that.」

The MNLF leader also accused former president Benigno Aquino of dismissing a peace deal he forged with previous president Fidel Ramos in 1996 in favour of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front.
