習慣上網繳交TNB電費的大眾銀行用戶們注意了，

大眾銀行提醒用戶們，

從2016年10月19日開始，

必須更改TNB的電費單戶口號碼。



其實TNB 的電費單戶口已經從7月20日開始，

從原本的14個號碼改成了12個號碼，

不過大眾銀行的用戶之前還是可以繼續使用14個號碼的戶口，

直到10月19日。

之後就必須更改去12個號碼，

才能使用大眾銀行網上系統來繳交電費。

Update Your TNB Biller Account Number

Effective 20 July 2016, Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB)

has changed their biller account number from 14 digits to 12 digits.

Payment can still be made to the 14-digit bill

account number via PBe and PB engage until 19 October 2016.


After 19 October 2016, payment can only be made

to the 12-digit TNB biller account number.

Please take the necessary steps to

update to the new 12-digit account number.


For those who have already added TNB as a

Favourite Biller, please create a new payee with

the new 12 digit account number to avoid payment disruptions.
