我對Samsung真的感到的非常的失望!RM2700的手機還在保修,修理費竟然要給RM2450?!

一名網友髮長文投訴他在電話損壞拿到 Samsung 維修中心時遇到的爛服務,尤其是當他手機還有Warranty時竟然還要多付RM2400++?!

我的電話在口袋的情況下拿出來要接電話,電話的 wallpaper 從黑色變去青色再變到黃色和白色,我就 restart 機 結果的 blank screen 了,我拿去做電話的朋友問 他們說LCD壞 因為其他東西還有function信息來還會響,LED 還會有亮

大約晚上6點半左右,我把我的note5哪去 Lowyat Plaza 的 Samsung customer service center 維修,櫃檯的小姐拿了手機看下 再充電 就告訴了我 LCD壞了我們能維修 但是現在我們沒有LCD不能馬上維修好給你,1-3 天才有貨到,我就告訴他我相機focus時有時會發出震動的聲音,可以幫我查看下嗎?他說可以,然後告訴我1-3天內(019-3582XXX這個號碼,其他號碼打來你不要來拿機)會打給你 叫你來領取你的電話

晚上接近7點 (019-3380779) 打電話來告訴我 我電話的 mother board 壞了,原先我們是可以為你免費維修,但是您的手機我們 technician 開出來看到有積水的痕跡 維修假期是 RM2448.6 我聽了很驚訝的再問 是兩千四百多嗎? 他告訴我沒錯! 我很生氣的告訴他 不用維修,我會領取回電話,這個價錢根本可以買架新機了!

11點多我到 LowYat Samsung Service Center 拿會電話時,我告訴那個女生 我電話肯定是沒有進過水,我要solution我不要聽你們說什麼進水,原先告訴我LCD壞,留機過後就告訴我這個壞那個壞,我很生氣的告訴他 我一定會投訴,他對這我笑呵呵,我也幫不上你,你要投訴就去投訴(這樣是什麼服務態度)??

過後我馬上打電話去HQ的熱線投訴

第一個人,說完來龍去脈 就跟我拿 service order number 就掛我電話

第二個人,我打回去就拿了我電話號碼在哪裡 halo halo 就關了

第三個人,我很生氣的直接罵那個人我沒有蓋電話你不要掛斷電話,也是說那些廢話,這裡 key in了 進水沒有 warranty 這些那些! 過後我告訴他 我要投訴 我不理 這台手機我才用了七個月,現在你們要我維修的價格是 RM2448.6 是可以買整台新機了,你叫我怎麼不投訴? 他很冷靜跟我解釋有時進水不代表真的進水(可能通話太久,機身太熱,在潮濕的環境會造成水蒸汽在電話里導致電話進水)真是很好的解釋,我告訴他這個電話是2700的機 你以為是270塊的電話的品質嗎?

過了幾分鐘他叫他 team leader 來解決 說會幫我 highlight 我的 case 再 follow up,我當時覺得合理 我要的是解決 而不是推卸責任! 說真的我第一次用 Samsung 就面對這樣的問題,不能維修就說進水,再不是就說水蒸汽,怎麼那麼多東西能推來推去,要不是 Samsung 的科技我也不會選擇換去SAMSUNG,話說 我的 iPhone 4s 用了4年 現在 Note 5 除了問題 哪架機 都還能在使用噢。。 還要準備買 Note7 得你們 請思考後再考慮要不要買…

PBA 1100 LCD 580 BACK CAMERA 210 R.CASE 360 60= ??? 還有一個60沒註明要換什麼 全部 2310+6%GST=2448.60 這就是所謂的WARRANTY嗎?

沒進水說進水 再不是就說水蒸汽導致。。

我真的對 Samsung 感到很失望,請大家分享出去讓更多人知道,免得被騙上車。

This how the incident happened

On 6/8

I was just about to took my phone out from the pocket to answer the calls, my phone wallpaper’s color change from black to blue and then changed to yellow and white, Then I restart the phone and end up become in blank screen, I seek for a friend’s consultation on repair phone,they said might because of the phone LCD spoilt or because other things that will affect the function but somehow I still able to received & heard wechat and whatapps notification

On 8/8

I went to the samsung devices services center located at low yat around 6.30pm. The staff over there take a look on my phone and put my phone to charge battery. Apparently battery is changing as they heard the sound. And then they told me might be my LCD screen defected and still need to wait for technician to check for it and it’s won』t immediately have the result and probably have to wait for a couple of days. If they have the replacement part for my phone they will change and repair for it. ( since my phone still under 1year warranty and I』m just used it for 8 months )

I was thought ok since they said so and I did informed them when my camera also have a tiny sound when it’s tried to focus before capture and can they look into it as well. They said yes.

They told me they will call me by this number 019-3582799 and ask me do not pick up others calls which not from this number to prevent any fraud case that contact me

On 9/8

Nearly 7pm in the evening (019-3380779) this number called and informed me that my phone’s mother board was spoiled, then they informed me that if others original part they can repair for me without charging any payment , but somehow the technician said that its Becoz is the phone’s mother board spoiled and it was influence by water and cause the damage. And they told me the reparation fees will cost RM2448.60!

Not just you surprised but Yes, u see it right! Bloody hell RM2446.80!!!!

This reparation fees can almost cost me to buy a damn new phone!

Then I asked why previously they told me is LCD problem instead of mother board’s problem?! They said they are not sure also.

I felt damn frustrated and ask them hold on for any reparation and I will come and collect back the phone myself

On 10/8

Around 11am I went back to the Low Yat Samsung Service Centre to collect my phone.

When approach to the counter I asked the staff again why there is such big different before I surrendered my phone and after sent my phone for the technician for checking? But I can guarantee my phone wasn』t soak into any water and cause the damage. But the girl at the counter can』t even explained properly and only know how to smile.

I told that girl I will definitely complaint to the HQ and guess Wat?! The girl we all welcome to lodge complaints..??

U never services us with a satisfied answer and now with this kind of the attitude? I』m felt sad on the boss who hired the staff!! Never well train and put them on field to servicing customer! I wanted is a solution not just a stupid smile without telling me anything.

Right after I collected my phone, I called to the services center hotline.

1st calls attempted by a guy, after explained to him and he asked for my services number. Then informed will call me back within the few hrs.

2nd calls attempted by another one staff. Put me on hold! Damn waste my times and even hang up my calls!

3rd calls attempted by another one staff, I scolded badly asked them DO NOT abandon my calls anymore. Luckily this guy calmed enough to explain to me might Becoz of the phone too heat and our weather too humid, at the end cause the water vapor and damage my phone’s mother board.( he read thru the system by my services order)

I was like WTF??!

Samsung, you are selling a bloody hell phone at a price range of 2k-3k. You are not selling a made in China unknown brand phone that can find in petaling street! ( or maybe ur phone is really made in China! )

My usage is not even 1years and now you are telling me this fucking reason cause my phone damage?

After a few minutes the staff called his team leader said he would like to help me and resolve my case again and will try to highlight this to the management and follow up.

With this I felt reasonable All I wants is to resolve the problem instead of passing around the balls!

Honestly This was the very first time I used SAMSUNG and face this kind of the problem.

What the heck is water vapor into the mother board bla bla bla..

If wasn』t Becoz the Samsung function and nice technology I have won』t choose to used this.

Previously I』m an apple user and my iPhone 4 is still functioning well until today without giving me any hassle problem!

To those who wants change for Samsung Note7, please be considerate before u really buy this damn brand as the said phone dropped into a sink also can be function !

Below is the maintenance fees of my poor phone

I』m felt damn disappointed for Samsung, please share it to let more people know about this before you got cheated to buy the new Note7.
