samsung 今日（10/11）發出公告，

表示將要求全球電信業者和零售合作夥伴停止銷售

Samsung Galaxy Note 7 以及相關換機事宜，

同時對於相關事件，

與相關監管機構密切合作持續進行調查，採取一切別要步驟解決問題。

Samsung 同時呼籲，

特有舊款Samsung Galaxy Note 7 或已換貨的消費者應關閉電源並停止使用。

目前美國Samsung 已與零售商Best Buy

及電信商AT&T、Sprint、T-Mobile、U.S. Cellular、 Verizon

確認與開放進行相關的退、換貨事宜，

開放讓消費者將手上的Note 7 更換成S7 或是S7 Edge，

其中產品差價再以原廠配件扣抵，消費者也能選擇直接全額退費。



Samsung 聲明原文：

「We are working with relevant regulatory bodies to investigate

the recently reported cases involving the Galaxy Note7. Because consumers』

safety remains our top priority, Samsung will ask all

carrier and retail partners globally to stop sales and

exchanges of the Galaxy Note7 while the investigation is taking place.

We remain committed to working diligently with

appropriate regulatory authorities to take all necessary

steps to resolve the situation. Consumers with

either an original Galaxy Note7 or replacement

Galaxy Note7 device should power down and

stop using the device and take advantage of the remedies available.」

目前，在大馬Samsung 的官網或是面子書上，

還未有任何關於將Note 7 換取另一型號的聲明，

但是這也只是時間問題，畢竟都已經表示全球停售。

Note 7 的用戶記得要密切留意了
