Samsung 美國正式宣布：停止Note 7銷售與換新！立刻把手機關機！

Samsung 的Galaxy Note 7 最終還是走到了這一步…昨晚就有報導稱，

美國運營商因為新版Note 7 爆炸問題，停止了Note 7 的售賣，

而韓聯社也報導Samsung 停止了Note 7 的生產。

就在今早，Samsung 在美國正式做出了一份聲明，

要求所有電信商與零售夥伴立即停止所有的銷售與換新！

由於在上星期開始，就有新版Note 7 爆炸的消息傳出，

導致美國地區的運營商AT&T 和T-Mobile 先是正式宣布，

停止一切有關Note 7 的售賣與換新，

並要求用戶到其分行換另一部型號的手機或是退款。

現在就連Samsung 官方也要求停止Note 7 的發售與換新，直到相關調查結束為止。

Samsung 表示：

無論你用的是原版Note 7，還是理論上安全的新版Note 7，

都應該立刻關機，並採取包括退貨在內的一切必要步驟。

Samsung 聲明原文如下：

「We are working with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)

to investigate the recently reported cases involving the Galaxy Note7.

Because consumers』 safety remains our top priority,

Samsung will ask all carrier and retail partners globally to

stop sales and exchanges of the Galaxy Note7 while the investigation is taking place.

We remain committed to working diligently with the CPSC,

carriers and our retail partners to take all necessary steps

to resolve the situation. Consumers with an original

Galaxy Note7 or replacement Galaxy Note7 should power down

and take advantage of the remedies available, including

a refund at their place of purchase. For more information,

目前，我們還在等待大馬版本的聲明，及相關的退貨流程與方式。

雖然大馬沒發生任何的爆炸事件，

但是不曉得大馬Samsung 會否做出類似的聲明，

能做的就只有等了。如果大家擔心的話，可以暫時先把手機處於關機狀態。
