
Ingredients:
1. Eggs x 4 pcs
2. Milk x 50ml
3. Sponge Cake Mix 200gm
4. Melted Butter ( or Corn Oil / any other cooking oil ) 50ml
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Methods:
1. Add in the eggs, milk and sponge cake mix into a big bowl.
2. Stir with low speed until all the ingredients is mixed, turn to high speed.
3. Continue stir with high speed until the cake batter become fluffy and smooth.
4. Turn the mixer to low speed for 1 minute and stop.
5. Preheat the oven to 180C.
6. Add in the Butter (or cooking oil ) gradually ... stir very lightly to mix it well.
Stop stirring immediately when it is completely mixed.
7. Covered the cake tin's base with baking paper.
8. Pour the cake batter into the cake tin slowly.
9. Put it into the oven.
10. Bake under 180C for about 40minutes.(or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean)
11. Take the cake out from oven and remove from the cake tin immediately and flip it on the wire rack to leave it to be cooled.
12. Sponge CAKE (cake mix) done. ^.^

Tips:
1. Do not over stir the cake batter.
2. Don't open the oven's door until the cake's shape is set.
3. Stop stirring immediately when the butter or oil is completely mixed in.
4. Remove immediately from the hot cake tin after the cake out from oven.
