花生香酥餅乾

【 材 料 】

低筋麵粉155克,糖粉75克,

黃油100克,花生醬55克,雞蛋液15克

【 做法 】

1,黃油室溫軟化後,加糖粉用打蛋器打發至顏色稍稍變淺,體積膨鬆。

2,加入打散的雞蛋,繼續用打蛋器攪打,讓黃油和雞蛋完全融合。

3,加入花生醬用打蛋器攪打,使花生醬和黃油徹底混合均勻。

4,篩入低筋麵粉,用橡皮刮刀輕輕翻拌,拌成均勻的餅乾麵糰。

5,將麵糰放案板上搓成兩根小長條,包上保鮮膜放入冰箱冷凍室半小時成形。

6,把凍硬的長條切成厚約0.8cm的小圓片,擺在鋪了油紙的烤盤上,拿一把叉子在小圓片上按壓一下成條紋狀。

7,放入預熱好180度的烤箱中層烤焙約15-20分鐘,表面金黃即可。
