How to Fry an Omelette 3 Easy Steps

Choose the Filling - From cheese to ham, and even sliced up vegetables, there really are no rules when it comes to choosing what to stuff your omelette with.
Preparing the Eggs – Two eggs should be enough to create an omelette for one person. Crack the eggs, empty their contents into a mixing bowl, and whisk them together until you get a foamy consistency. For a custardy texture, you can choose to add in a tablespoon of mayonnaise or cheese.
Cooking the Omelette – Preheated a non-stick skillet. Add a tablespoon of butter or oil. Pour in the eggs.
Once your eggs seem close to cooked, layer on the filling. Allow everything to fry for a few more minutes before lifting one edge of the egg and folding it across to make a half moon shape.
How to Fry an Egg without Sticking

Choose the Right Tools – Use a pan made of non-stick material
Preheat Your Pan – To find out if your pan is the right temperature, drop a single bead of water into it. If it sizzles and dries out, your heat is just right.
Breaking Your Egg – Use a separate spoon or spatula to tap the shell until a single linear crack is created. Hold the egg at either side of the crack and split the shell into two halves. Slowly pour the contents of the egg into the hot pan and sprinkle with salt to taste.
Cooking the Eggs- If you want a runny yolk, a minute should suffice. For a firmer texture, extend cooking time to 2-3 minutes. Remove the egg from the pan by sliding a spatula underneath it and slipping it onto your serving plate.
How to Poach Eggs to Perfection

Prepare Your Water – Fill up the pan. Pour in a generous amount of vinegar to boil over medium heat. Once it starts to get bubbly, reduce the heat to low. See to it that the water continues to simmer around the edges.
Start Poaching Your Eggs – The secret to poaching eggs is to first crack the egg shell and empty its contents into a separate bowl.
Allow the egg to fall to the bottom of the saucepan and wait for the egg whites to completely cook without aggravating the water or touching the egg.
Take Out Your Eggs – Wait 2 to 3 minutes before you take out the egg if you want the yolk to be soft. Extend the poaching to 4 minutes if you prefer a harder yolk. Use a slotted spoon to remove your poached egg from the saucepan and remove any foam from the water before you proceed to poach any other eggs.
How to Poach Quail Eggs

Cut the Shells – take a small pair of scissors and puncture a hole through the narrow end of the egg. Cut around to create a big enough opening to accommodate the yolk and pour the contents of the shell into a small bowl.
Boil Water – In a deep saucepan, boil 5 cm of water and add in some vinegar until you can smell it in the steam. Bring the flame down to low heat.
Poach the Eggs– Pour the quail egg from the bowl into the water and allow it to fall to the bottom of the sauce pan. Wait 2 minutes for a soft yolk or 3 minutes for a harder yolk.
