越南海房市兩位男子在健身房裡PK「比腕力」的時候，發生了可怕的一幕。其中一位男子因為用力過度，沒想到在壓倒對方的一瞬間，發出「啪」的一聲，好像棍子折斷的聲音，硬生生的把上臂給折斷了。

影片中兩位體格健碩的男子正在進行「比腕力」比賽，周圍很多人在圍觀。比賽一開始，兩個人勢均力敵，僵持了好一會。
後來右邊的背心男子看起來佔據了上風，開始發力，左邊的男子滿臉通紅，似乎要招架不住了。
接著，背心男子一鼓作氣，一把將對方的手臂扣倒在桌子上，但是隨之傳來「啪」的一聲，左側男子的手臂被折斷了，當下立馬彈起，捂住手臂做痛苦狀，周圍的人都嚇壞了，立刻將骨折男子送往醫院治療。

比腕力瞬間的爆發力有可能造成手臂或者肩部等處的肌肉扭傷，嚴重的話會導致骨折，所以提醒大家，尤其是骨骼正在發育的青少年，一定要量力而行，避免釀成悲劇。
