這兩名Zara員工在背後說客人壞話之外還不讓"我們"(投訴者)一起使用更衣間.

PS:難道各位忘了先前的Uniqlo事件嗎....

我跟我朋友在Zara vivo city排隊正準備要試衣服,我們排了大約十五分鐘 而且後面

排隊的人也非常的多 大家也都在等!"我們"不明白的是,為什麼不能讓我跟我朋友一起試同一間試衣間呢???

當快輪到我們的時候,有一個員工叫Gina的問我朋友"請問你拿多少件?" 過了一會兒

這個員工也問我拿多少件, 但是....我並沒有要試衣服,所以我手上也沒有拿任何東西.

這個Gina說:既然這樣,請你在外面等 你不可以跟你朋友進同一間.其實當我聽到她這麼說時 我們傻掉 也沒有給他任何回答

投訴者還說,過了一會 她聽到"可能是位主管"跟Meng Xi說或者是抱怨著說: "我已經叫你跟她(顧客)說 如果要換尺寸,請重

新排隊,沒有例外也不要浪費我們的時間"

這是什麼態度? 這是什麼 customer service? 難道不能彈性一點嗎? 難道你沒看到這顧客手裡推著"嬰兒車嗎" 你還要叫她重新排隊

難道你們Zara員工不能幫幫忙嗎? 還要在背後說這顧客壞話....

OK...現在終於換我們要進去換衣服了,正當我們要一起進去換衣服時 Gina看到我們兩個正準備要一起進去.所以她又跑過來叫住我們 "不可以一起"進去換衣服...這下真的把我搞傻了..當

我們問她為什麼不行時, 她就只給了我們一句 "NO"

我們想要跟她要一個答案 請解釋 為什麼沒有辦法一起用一間試衣間?但是Meng xi 跟 Gina並沒有給我們一個合理解釋(人家是女孩子,你要怎麼讓她跟你們說我怕你們在裡面....)

只是一直說 "No" ... 當然我們聽到這個很不爽 很不開心 所以我們就把衣服給還給她們! 這是什麼態度 這是什麼 Customer service ? (我在他們臉上看到 who cares ? 的表情)

這位投訴者也試著email跟打電話去"抱怨"這件事情 但是....始終還沒有拿到一個回復!!

PS:難道各位忘了之前Uniqlo的事件嗎?如果讓你們兩個一起進去 興致來了..不小心褲子掉了..出事了..是該算誰的?既然你沒有要換衣服那就請外面等 很正常吧?

這兩名員工也有可能只是拿著 WP在新加坡工作,如果因為這件事被炒魷魚了...多不划算!!

Zara workers Meng Xi & Gina bad mouthing behind their customer and refused to let us share the same fitting room even though we were q-ing together. Me & my friend were queueing at fitting room at Zara Vivocity, we queue for 15 mins and think since the q so long as everybody is waiting, why not we just share a room instead so that other people can get in faster.

When it was almost our turn the lady called Gina, ask my friend how many piece does she has, and my friend was given a number by her and she asked me the same question, i told her no i don』t have any, she said since then you have to stand outside (not to go in same room with your friend), we were quite confused and we didn』t say anything, in the same time when we were waiting for our turn to go in, i heard another lady called Meng Xi was grumbling with Gina about another customer, she said in chinese "i told you to tell her if she wanted to change sizes, just go out and re-queue, no excuse! Don't waste our time!"

Back to us, it was our turn to go in and try, we just went in the same room together, Gina stopped us and didn』t let us to go in to the room, when we ask her why, she said just No! then we asked her to explain why not? Since we q as 1 and we were using 1 room instead, i don』t see what's the problem with that, they can』t explain, just keep saying no !!!(both of them), meng xi and gina. I told them you are now losing your business just because of something unreasonable! we returned them all the clothes and walked off, both of them were obviously gave me the attitude of who cares?!

we have been trying to email and call to send our feedback but none of their phone lines work and nobody bother to replies to our email at all too.
