今天一早發生了讓大家抓狂的事情,

就是新加坡Singtel寬頻服務在星期六（12月3日）上午中斷。

Singtel也在早上9:43分的時候隨即在他們的Facebook官方網站說到:

有一些客戶可能會遇上一些網路服務的問題(Fibre Broadband)

也解釋了,目前工程相關部門正在處理這問題,也請大家給他們多一點耐心,

但是到了接近中午11:55分的時候問題似乎還沒處理好,

一切還在調查當中

在1:30Pm的時候,

Singtel終於發布讓大家比較能接受的答案了

就是今天將不收取Singtel用戶的手機流量

同時,

他們也在官方Facebook通知了大家,

所以請大家告訴大家一下吧!

update on Facebook:

「As our engineers continue working to resolve

our fibre broadband outage issues, we advise affected

customers who are also Singtel postpaid mobile

subscribers to use their Singtel mobile broadband in the meantime.

「We will waive their Singtel mobile data charges for today.

We apologise for the disruption

and thank you once again for your patience.」
