菲律賓女傭要回國度假或者有事，

需要申請OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate)。奇葩國家奇葩規定。

如果你去他們大使館，可以看的到信息，

但是沒有流程圖。

我在這裡分享一下這次辦理的經驗，省的大家多跑一次（和我一樣）。

第一，滿兩年才能是僱主辦理，不滿要通過中介。

兩年的定義：

自從女傭離開家的那一天算起，

其實可以說是女傭准證申請時間也可以哦。這個問題似乎以前沒有人回答。

第二，先要Authentication of Contract （認證合同）（窗口1）

Requirements for the authenticated Employment Contract:

認證僱傭合同的要求：

Two (2) copies of Standard Employment Contract (Original)

All pages of the contract should be signed by the employer and the worker.

兩份標準僱傭合同原件—合同中每頁都應含有僱主和傭人的簽字

Two (2) copies of Undertaking of an Employer (Original)

兩份僱主的承諾書原件

Two (2) copies of Work Permit (plus 1 copy for passport renewal)

兩份WP准證複印件（加一份用於護照更新）

Two (2) copies of Passport (plus 1 copy for passport renewal)

兩份護照複印件（加一份用於護照更新）

One (1) copy of Employer’s IC

一份僱主的 IC

Seven Thousand Singapore Dollars (S$7,000.00)

Performance Bond from a reputable Insurance Company (Original)

規範的保險公司的7000新幣的履約保證金原件

One (1) copy of the Ten Thousand Dollar Medical Insurance (MOM)

一份10000新幣的醫療保險

Authentication of Contract – S$42.50

認證僱傭合同—42.50新幣

Verification – S$17.00

核證費—17新幣

同時，可以其他窗口辦理OWWA (s$42)。然後去

lucky plaza 二樓 Updated receipt of Pag-ibig Fund membership contribution。

這需要大概半天時間。都辦完了，

需要去 http://bmonline.ph/

註冊和預約 OEC 的時間

（注意：COLLECTION 2-3PM, OEC appointment

要儘量遲過 collection，同時的話也可以辦理的）。

第三，按照預約時間去，拿了contract，加上其他資料，

一下子 OEC 就出來了(s$3)。需要資料：

Three (3) copies printed appointment sheet

3份列印的預約表 Original Work Pass

WP准證原件

Original Passport

護照原件

Two-way ticket or itinerary issued by travel agency

由旅行中介出具的往返機票或行程

Proof of OWWA valid membership OWWA

合法會員的證明

Updated receipt of Pag-ibig Fund membership contribution

Pag-ibig基金會員貢獻更新的收據

我因為不懂要網上預約，害我多跑一趟，希望朋友們注意。
