This was a status update a Facebook page titled: 『R.I.P. Rowan Atkinson』, as reported by Scoop Whoop. Apparently the page has gathered almost a million likes. Fortunately for us, the death of Mr. Bean is nothing but a hoax. The 60-year-old British actor and comedian has been trending on social media since rumours of his death have been circulating. And mind you, this is not the first time that the Internet has killed Mr. Bean.

This also happened two years ago and speculations had the rumor mill turning full speed, much as they are right now on Twitter.

As it turns it, actor Rowan Atkinson, who is known for his role as Mr. Bean, is alive and kicking.

He’s actually taking a first class seat in a plane, and enjoying it, of course!
