In Singapore, there are very few places where you can spend hours without constantly worrying about the money you're spending. Daiso Singapore is one such place.

Daiso is a hunters' playground where you can scour a wide selection of everyday use and fun-filled items at really affordable prices. This wonderful Japanese retail chain is a true blessing for shopaholics like me. Even though the similar pricing structure of Daiso (everything at S$2) never fails to amaze me, it's an absolute charm to check out some of their bargains.

I'm sure most of you must have shopped at Daiso, but just in case you have somehow managed to avoid it so far but forever wondered why there is always a big queue in the Daiso stores, read on. And if, you're a frequent shopper like yours truly, read on to make sure you haven't missed anything off this list.

So Urbandesis, here's presenting a carefully sifted list of some of the great buys at Daiso, that are truly worth every single penny, or rather worth those S$2. (Trust me on this!).

1) Banana Stand: If you are fed up of cluttered bananas taking up most of your dining space, here's the best hack from Daiso. These metallic stands are probably the best way to hang bananas and clear up your fruit basket. Isn't it a genius idea?
