2. Operation 24 hours daily, check-in time is between 10:00am and 02:00am.
每天營業24小時，入住時間是上午10時和凌晨2時之間。
3. Entrance fees (normal and peak hour charges) are charged for 6-hour entry to the City. Prepaid members enjoy a RM30 discount on all entrance fees.
入門費（正常與尖峰時段收費）是進入海峽之城6小時的收費。預付成員可享有入門費30令吉折扣。

4.Guests who stay longer than 6 hours pay an additional RM30 for unlimited use of the facilities and services for up to 24 hours. The 6-hour usage fee will be charged upon check-in, and the additional fee for guests who stay longer than 6 hours will be charged upon check-out. An additional day’s charges will be added to your account only after when you stay past the 24-hour period.
逗留超過6小時的客戶，額外支付30令吉即可無限制使用設施和服務長達24小時。在辦理登入手續時，會先收取6小時收費；逗留超過6小時的客戶，將在您退出時收取附加費；只有您逗留超過24小時，才把額外天數收費添加到您的帳戶。
5.Checked-in guests are allowed to exit and re-enter premises. Such guests will not need to check-out and they can enquire about the details with guest relations staff.
登入的客戶可離開並重新進入海峽之城，此類客戶不必辦理退出手續，而他們可以向客服同事諮詢詳細手續。
6.The entrance fee includes free usage of all facilities and services in the City, with the exception of:
a.Foot reflexology packages;
b.Beauty treatment packages;
c.Additional sets of slippers, towels, spa suit or lounge wear (RM5 each); and
d.F&B consumption above the F&B credits in your account.
e.Any other purchases
入門費包括在海峽之城免費使用一切設施和服務，除了：
a.腳底按摩
b.美容醫療
c.額外的拖鞋、毛巾、水療服裝或休閒服裝（每件5令吉）
d.超過您餐飲帳戶金額的餐飲消費
e.任何其他採購
7.You will be allotted F&B credits each time you check-in for you to purchase the food you like at your own timing . Upon check-out, 5% of your final bill will be returned to you in F&B credits which will be accumulated in your account for future visits. Please note that F&B credits will expire one year from your last visit.
您每次登入時，將獲得餐飲津貼讓你隨時購買自己喜歡的飲食。在退出時，您最終帳單的5％將計入您的餐飲津貼帳戶讓你積累下來供未來使用。請注意，餐飲津貼金額從您最後一次蒞臨算起，有效期只有一年。
8.All your spending at the City is recorded in your account linked to your electronic wrist tag. You are required to have your electronic wrist tag with you to make any purchases. You will be charged RM200 if you lose your tag.
所有您在海峽之城的消費，將被記錄在您的帳戶，連結到您的電子手腕標籤。您必須使用電子手腕標籤來付費。如果您丟失了電子手腕標籤，您將被罰款200令吉。
9.A 10% service charge and 6% GST will be applied to your final bill at check-out. Tipping is on a voluntary basis.
在退出時，您的最終帳單將被收取10％服務費和6％消費稅，給小費則是隨意的。
