材料:
2 湯匙吉利丁,60 毫升鮮奶,60 克奧利奧夾心餅乾
250 克奶酪芝士,140 毫升鮮奶
200 毫升淡奶油,4 1/2 湯匙糖粉,1 湯匙檸檬汁
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon gelatin powder, 60 ml fresh milk, 60 g Oreo biscuit with filling
250 g cream cheese, 140 ml fresh milk
200 ml whipping cream, 4 1/2 icing sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
奧利奧芝士蛋糕的做法。。。。
Step for making Oreo cheese cake.....
1.) 吉利丁加60毫升鮮奶隔水溶化。
2.) 把奧利奧餅乾壓碎。
Double boil gelatin with 60 ml fresh milk until dissolve.
Crush the Oreo biscuit.
2.) 奶酪芝士和140毫升鮮奶打至幼滑。
Whisk cream cheese with 140 ml fresh milk until creamy.
3.) 鮮奶油打至有紋路。
Whisk whipping cream until smooth.
4.) 把打發好的鮮奶油倒入芝士糊里,加入奧利奧餅乾碎,吉利丁和檸檬汁拌均。
再加入糖粉攪拌均勻。
Pour whisked whipping cream into cheese mixture,
add in crush Oreo biscuit, gelatin and lemon juice,
then add in icing sugar and mix well.
5.) 將拌好的芝士糊倒入模,放冰箱冷藏隔夜。
Pour the mixture into the mould,
keep it in the fridge over night.
