慕尤丁猛轟納吉：你真敢叛君嗎？

慕尤丁忍了3個月，終於出手了！而且一出手就火力全開，重炮猛轟納吉濫權枉法！
隨著統治者會議公開指示納吉政府必須盡快理清有關一馬公司的所有爭議問題、敦林良實公開指責納吉收取別人錢財據為己有之後，前副首相慕尤丁今天也重炮轟擊納吉了！
看來，巫統元老派正在趁著這一波統治者們表達的強烈不滿良機，對準納吉密集開火了！
慕尤丁今天猛烈炮轟納吉憑什麼超越法律、濫用法律對付向國際舉報一馬公司醜聞弊案的凱魯丁？
慕尤丁說，連統治者們都已經公開指示當局必須盡快徹查一馬公司舞弊醜聞，證明一馬公司的420億債務醜聞的確對國家和人民帶來非常負面的影響，一馬公司確實存在數不清的貓膩；那麼，凱魯丁到歐洲和香港新加坡舉報要求國際徹查一馬公司，何錯之有？
凱魯丁是前任巫統峇都加灣區部副主席，他先後前往瑞士、英國、法國、香港及新加坡報案，要求各國執法部門徹查一馬公司在當地的各種見不得光的勾當。結果當他回國時，他的國際護照被沒收，他也被納吉的看門狗總警長卡立援引反恐法令逮捕扣押，為他扣上了《企圖推翻政府》的大帽子。
慕尤丁抨擊納吉說：一馬公司醜聞是受到大馬法律管制的，一馬公司不能超越法律，納吉也不能超越法律；沒有人可以隨意踐踏大馬的司法。
慕尤丁引用統治者會議的議決表示，一馬公司必須接受全面而且徹底的調查，所有站住來舉報一馬公司弊端的人，都應該受到法律保護，而不是受到法律對付！
慕尤丁也痛陳他在面對外國朋友詢問一馬公司醜聞時非常尷尬，那些朋友對一馬公司可以在短短時間內累積400多億債務、直接影響到國家的經濟財務感到不解；對一馬公司可以隨意動用國家才金錢進行私人投資感到不可思議；更無法接受這些國家的錢經過一馬公司轉手之後竟然都失蹤了！面對外國朋友的追問，慕尤丁表示他啞口無言，根本無法辯解。
【你們可以想像，我面對這些外國朋友追問的時候有多丟臉！】他說。
這是慕尤丁自從今年七月被割除副首相職務以來，攻擊納吉的炮火最猛烈的一次。看樣子，慕尤丁已經豁出去了！既然納吉不斷放話恐嚇說要割除他的巫統黨職和黨籍，不如乾脆拼個魚死網破！
WHO ARE YOU TO ARREST KHAIRUDDIN: 1MDB is not above the above - Muhyiddin slams Najib
Umno deputy president Muhyiddin Yassin slammed the detention of former Batu Kawan Umno deputy chief Khairuddin Abu Hassan under security laws, after Khairuddin lodged international complaints against 1MDB.
In a hard-hitting statement, Muhyiddin said 1MDB is a state entity and is not above the law.
So anyone blowing the whistle on wrongdoing within 1MDB should be protected, and not prosecuted, least so under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 which is meant to curb terrorism, he said.
「Given that the Council of Rulers has decreed that the government must solve the 1MDB issue and take action, then it is reasonable for all citizens to raise their concern over the matter or lodge reports urging a transparent, fair and independent probe.
「Those who lodge reports on 1MDB must be protected by the law, and not the other way round,」 he said.
The Council of Rulers in a rare decree yesterday called on the government to wrap up the investigation on 1MDB and to punish any wrongdoers.
Khairuddin, who initially barred from leaving the country, then arrested for allegedly trying to topple the government.
He was released a day before his six-day remand expired, and re-arrested under Sosma, which allows detention of up to 28 days without trial.
His lawyer Matthias Chang – a former political secretary to ex-prime minister Dr Mahatahir Mohamad – was also questioned by police.
Muhyiddin was sacked as deputy prime minister soon after he issued a statement questioning 1MDB.
He remains Umno number two, but is reportedly stripped of party responsibilities. The duties are taken over by deputy prime minister and party vice president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
Malaysia's image in the mud
According to Muhyiddin, not taking strict action to resolve the 1MDB matter is eroding public trust in government and smearing Malaysia’s image.
「I have on several occasions overseas been asked by foreign leaders about 1MDB. They are puzzled over what is happening to our country.
「They cannot believe that a state investment firm can rack up liabilities worth billions of ringgit and face chronic cash flow issues that it is unable to service its debts. Even more tragically, the funds have disappeared,」 he said.
As a trading nation, he said, Malaysia needs to inspire investor confidence and 1MDB is dragging things down.
1MDB is the brainchild of Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak, who is chairperson of the board of advisors.
Najib this week admitted that 1MDB was too ambitious, resulting in the current fix.
