這年頭，在馬來西亞，連拋擲黃色氣球居然也是刑事罪，罪名成立還可能被判坐牢兩年。
這就是標榜民主自由的馬來西亞的殘酷真相了。
（8月31日）首相夫婦今日前往柏威年廣場推介活動，7個黃色氣球從天而降「迎接」光臨，而警方馬上逮捕釋放氣球的人。
此人為比爾奇思（Bilqis Hijjas），現年35歲，是一名行為藝術家。
比爾奇思代表律師為蜜雪兒（Michelle Yesudas）她接受《當今大馬》訪問時說，其當事人今午，從柏威年商場較高樓層拋下氣球後，旋即就被輔警逮捕，然後交給警方查辦。
蜜雪兒說，警方隨後把她帶往金馬警區總部，並在刑事法典504條文（蓄意侮辱與破壞公共安寧）下調查她。
她繼指，盤問結束後，警方提取比爾奇思的指紋，才釋放比爾奇思。
一旦罪成，比爾奇思可入獄兩年，或被罰款，抑或兩者兼施。
蜜雪兒形容，這宗案件荒謬無理。
首相納吉與夫人羅斯瑪，今日到柏威年廣場，推介主題為「多元城市」的吉隆坡國際藝術嘉年華活動。
在納吉夫婦抵達購物中心底層後，有人從商場上方拋下7個寫著「媒體自由」、「民主」與「公正」等字眼的黃色氣球。黃色也是凈選盟大集會的主題顏色。
當這些氣球被拋下時，在場的200名活動出席者顯得一臉驚訝，紛紛指向廣場上方的樓層。
無論如何，納吉與羅斯瑪對這些氣球，並沒任何反應。（*大概是被嚇呆了！*）

Dancer who dropped yellow balloons at Najib event might face intentional insult charges - by Muzliza Mustafa (TMI)
Bilqis Hijjas, the daughter of prominent architect Hijjas Kasturi, might face charges under Section 504 of the Penal Code for intentional insult after allegedly dropping Bersih 4 balloons at an upscale shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur today.
The 35-year-old dancer/performer was nabbed by the mall's auxiliary police after she allegedly dropped the yellow balloons which had the words "democracy", "free media" and "justice" printed on them from Level 5 of the mall.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and his wife, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, were attending the DiverseCity International Arts festival opening ceremony on the ground floor.
Sources said that the balloons floated down behind the big screen television set.
Bilqis was later handed over to the Dang Wangi police for further action.
Police have yet to comment on the incident despite attempts by The Malaysia Insider to get feedback on the matter.

Belon kuning dilepas dalam acara Najib di Pusat Beli Belah Pavilion.
Tujuh belon kuning dilepaskan oleh seorang individu di pusat membeli belah Pavilion sewaktu acara yang dihadiri Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib Razak dan isteri Rosmah Mansor.
Belon yang dilepaskan dari tingkat lima itu menarik perhatian umum apabila ia dilepaskan ketika Najib menonton persembahan ketika pembukaan acara Diversecity Kuala Lumpur petang ini.
Bagaimanapun seorang pegawal keselamatan terus ke tingkat lima untuk melihat individu yang melepaskan belon antaranya tertulis perkataan "Democracy", "Justice", "Free Media".
