檳州總警長狠狠摑了張盛聞一個響亮的耳光！
檳州總警長拿督阿都拉曼韓納非宣布，檳州警方將熱烈響應並參與檳州政府舉辦的國慶日慶典；同時表示，檳州政府今年定調的國慶日主題【廉潔、有效率、可信賴】（Bersih, Cekap, Amanah）與全國警隊多年來的口號一致。
對於教育部不允許檳州學生參與國慶日慶典，並指責檳州政府故意使用Bersih字眼是在政治化國慶；檳州警方顯然並不認同。
檳州總警長阿都拉曼韓納非表示，Bersih, Cekap, Amanah一向就是全國警隊的宗旨，也清楚寫在全國各地的警局牆壁上。所以檳州政府的國慶主題並沒有任何問題。

Cops say will join Penang’s 『Bersih, Cekap, Amanah』 Merdeka parade -
KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 24 — The police said it will join the Penang Merdeka Day celebrations, despite schools being instructed to skip it due to the word 「Bersih」 in the theme of the state event that the government said was linked to the Bersih 4 rally.
Local daily The Star reported Penang police chief Comm Datuk Wira Abdul Rahim Hanafi as saying that the state government’s 「Bersih, Cekap, Amanah」 theme for the celebration aligns with the police’s principles.
「This is the state government’s theme and we will participate in the parade. The slogan is also in line with the police force’s principles,」 he was quoted saying.
This contrasts with the Armed Forces who yesterday said that it would not join the Penang parade as the theme of 「Bersih, Cekap Amanah」, claiming it was not in line with the spirit of this year’s National Day celebration.
It instead backed the federal government’s theme this year of 「Sehati, Sejiwa」 (One Heart, One Soul).
