SINGAPORE - In order to celebrate the Singapore's SG50, POSB has actually launched a Fare Free Friday scheme, with this scheme, this will actually giving up to 100,000 commuters to enjoy unlimited free travel on trains and buses on every Fridays. In order to qualify this benefit, users must be entitled of having the POSB Everyday Credit Card or the PAssion POSB Debit Card. Existing cardholders will have be eligible with this benefit whenever they activated their EZ-Reload services. All transaction fee will be free as well during the programs.
As of now, there are already 50,000 cardholders who have done so, and they will automatically be entered into the programs. The next 50,000 who do so will also be able to benefit from this initiative, which is only in celebration of Singapore's 50th birthday.
