材料
200g菠菜
150g椰菜(完整的菜葉)
80g 紅蘿蔔
2g 鹽
1湯匙日式芝麻醬

150g cabbage (whole leafs)
80g carrots
2g salt
1 tablespoon Japanese sesame dressing
做法
1. 菠菜洗凈,出水
Wash and blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes
2. 瀝干之後切成約2英寸長的段
Drain dry. Cut into 2-inch length pieces
3. 紅蘿蔔切絲,出水2分鐘至軟身,瀝干備用;
Blanch carrot in boiling water for 2 minutes
4. 椰菜葉出水1分鐘至軟身,之後徹底瀝亁。鋪在工作臺上
Quickly blanch the cabbage leafs for 1 minute until soft. Drain completely dry. Place on a flat working surface
5. 在菜葉一頭放上適量菠菜和紅蘿蔔。
Add some spinach and carrots on towards the stem part of the cabbage
6. 像卷春捲一樣將椰菜捲起。
Wrap up the cabbage to form the shape of a spring roll
7.重複此動作直到所有材料用完
Repeat for the remaining ingredients
8. 將菠菜捲一切為二,撒上適量芝麻
cut the cabbage rolls in halves
9. 撒上適量芝麻醬
Top with sesame dressing
10. 即成。
