嬰幼兒營養食譜 - 節瓜紅蘿蔔雞肉煳 (適合8-15個月嬰兒)

Ingredient

節瓜1碗

紅蘿蔔1碗

雞肉3湯匙

Method

節瓜、紅蘿蔔洗凈去皮再切件,可一起煲熟,待用。

雞肉先蒸熟,待用。

最後,將所有材料一起放入攪拌機打成茸即可食用。

Bubur lobak merah dan ayam (cocok untuk bayi usia 8-15 bulan)

Bahan

l 1 mangkok chit kua (sejenis labu)

l 1 mangkok lobak merah

l 3 sendok daging ayam

Caranya

1. chit kua dan lobak merah dikupas dan dipotong, direbus sampai matang/masak

2. daging ayam distim sampai matang/masak

3. terakhir, masukkan semua bahan2 diatas diblender sampai menjadi hancur

- Chicken paste with hairy gourd and carrot (suitable for 8-15 months baby)

Ingredient

1 bowl hairy gourd

1 bowl carrot

3 tablespoons chicken meat.

Method

Wash hairy gourd and carrot thoroughly. Unpeel and cut into pieces. Cook together until done. Leave for later use.

Steam chicken meat until cooked. Set aside.

Blend all ingredients into a puree and serve.

Ingredient

薯仔半碗

魚柳2條(可用急凍魚柳)

粟米半條

Method

先將薯仔去皮、切件,粟米切件,然後一些煲熟,粟米熟後再切出粟米粒。

魚柳放入滾水煮熟。

最後,將所有材料一起放入攪拌機打成茸即可食用。

Bubur kentang, jagung, dan daging ikan (cocok untuk bayi usia 8-15 bulan)

Bahan

l 1/2 mangkok kentang

l 2 ekor ikan (boleh daging ikan yg telah dibekukan/ yu law)

l 1/2 bh jagung

Caranya

1. kupas kulit kentang, dipotong, kemudian direbus sampai matang, kupas jagungnya

2. stim ikannya(yu Law) sampai matang

3. terakhir, semua bahan diblender sampai hancur

- Fish paste congee with potato and sweet corn (suitable for 8-15 months baby)

Ingredient

1/2 bowl potato

2 fish fillets (frozen fillets can be used)

1/2 sweet corn

Method

Unpeel potato and cut into pieces. Chop sweet corn into pieces. Chop sweet corn into pieces. Cook together until done. Slice kernels off cob.

Put fish fillet in boiling water until cooked.

Blend all ingredients into a puree and serve.

Ingredient

蛋黃1個

黃心番薯半碗

Method

將兩湯匙米(半杯米) 用熱水浸一小時或以上才用來煲粥,再注入約七杯清水入煲內。

將番薯洗凈,連皮一起煲腍,約20分鐘。去皮後,再用木棍至爛,待用。

當粥仔滾至出現一個個泡時,加入番薯茸、蛋黃即可。

Bahan

l 1 biji kuning telur

l 1/2 mangkok ubi jalar

Caranya

1. 2 sendok beras direndam dgn air panas selama 1 jam atau lebih, kemudian direbus, dgn 7 gelas air

2. cuci bersih ubinya, direbus dgn kulitnya kira2 20 menit, kemudian diulek hancur

3. apabila bubur udah masak, masukkan ubi yg telah dihancurkan, serta kuning telur

Baby & Kid Recipe - Egg yolk and sweet Potato Congee (suitable for 8-15 months baby)

Ingredient

1 egg yolk

1/2 bowl yellow-fleshed sweet potato

Method

Submerge 2 tablespoons of raw rice (about 1/2 cup) in hot water for more than an hour before making congee. Pour about 7 cups of water into the pot.

Wash sweet potato thoroughly. Cook with peel for 20 minutes until soft. Mash with a wooden stick. Set aside.

Add sweet potato puree and egg yolk when congee boils with bubbles.

Ingredient

菠菜茸半碗

蛋黃1個

魚茸1湯匙

Method

菠菜葉先用水煮熟,然後放入冷水浸泡一會,可消除澀味,然後用菜刀切碎或加入攪拌機打碎成茸。烚熟雞蛋,取,蛋黃壓碎留用。

將兩湯匙米(約半杯米) 用熱水浸一小時或以上,再注入約七杯清水入煲內煲粥。

當粥仔滾至出現一個個泡(即雞眼)時,加入菠菜茸、魚茸及蛋黃,再煲一會即成。

Bubur sayur po, daging ikan dan kuning telur (cocok untuk bayi usia 8-15 bulan)

Bahan

l 1/2 mangkok sayur po choi 1 bh kuning telur

l 1 sendok Daging ikan yg telah dihaluskan

Caranya

1. rebus sayur po sampai matang, kemudian direndam dgn air dingin, utk menghilangkan baunya, kemudian diiris halus atau diblender, rebus telur, ambil kuningnya dihaluskan

2. 2 sendok beras direndam dgn air panas selama 1 jam, kemudian masukkan 7 gelas air, direbus

3. rebus sampai bubur mengental, masukkan sayur po, daging ikan dan kuning telur, direbus sebentar.

- Fish paste congee with spinach and egg yolk (suitable for 8-15 months baby)

Ingredient

1/2 bowl of spinach

1 egg yolk

1 tablespoon fish paste

Method

Blanch spinach in hot water. Submerge it in cold water for a while to eliminate the taste of vegetable. Chop into tiny pieces or grind in blender to a puree. Cook the egg. Retain egg yolk and mash. Leave for later use.

Submerge 2 tablespoons of raw rice (about half cup) in hot water for more than an hour before making congee. Pour about 7 cups of water into the pot.

Add spinach puree, fish paste and egg yolk when congee boils with bubbles. Cook for a while.

Ingredient

淮山粉1湯匙 (藥才舖有售)

粟子半碗

Method

先將粟子去殼、去衣,煲熟後再放入攪拌機(可加入適量清水)攪成茸。

將兩湯匙米 (約半杯米) 用熱水浸一小時或以上才用來煲粥。注入約七杯清水入煲內,再加入一湯匙淮山粉。

當粥仔滾至出現一個個泡(即雞眼)時,加入粟子茸再煲一會即可。

Bubur San Ca (cocok untuk bayi usia 8-15 bulan)

Bahan

l 1 sendok wai san (bisa dibeli ditoko obat)

l 1/2 mangok chestnut (lut ci)

Caranya

1. Kupas chestnut, rebus sampai matang, kemudian diblender ( boleh dikasih sedikit air) sampai menjadi bubur

2. rendam 2 sendok beras selama 1 jam dgn air panas, rebus dgn 7 gelas air, kemudian masukkan 1 sendok bubuk wai san

3. rebus sampai bubur kental, kemudian masukkan chestnut, rebus sebentar lagi

Baby & Kid Recipe - Dried Yam and Chestnut Puree Congee (suitable for 8-15 months baby)

Ingredient

1 tablespoon dried yam powder (can be found in Chinese herbal medicine stores)

1/2 bowl chestnuts.

Method

Peel off outer shell and inner layer skin of chestnuts. Cook until done and grind in blender (may add suitable amount of water) to a puree.

Submerge 2 tablespoons of raw rice (about half cup) in hot water for more than an hour before making congee. Pour about 7 cups of water into the pot. Add 1 tablespoon dried yam power.

Add chestnut puree when congee boils with bubbles. Cook for a while.

嬰幼兒營養食譜 - 白飯魚水蛋粥 (適合8-15個月嬰兒)

Ingredient

白飯魚3兩

雞蛋1隻(12個月大或以上,吃過蛋白才用全蛋)

Method

先將兩湯匙米(約1/2杯米)用熱水浸1小時或以上才用來煲粥。注入約7杯清水入煲內,跟已剪去頭部的白飯魚一起煲滾。若想煲爛飯仔,可以自行調減水分。

先將雞蛋攪拌,一隻雞蛋加一個蛋殼分量的水拌勻,倒入已掃油的碟子,隔水蒸20分鐘。可用一隻碟反轉把蒸蛋的碟蓋著,然後再蓋煲蓋,這樣無論蒸水蛋蒸上多久,蛋也一樣保持幼滑。

當粥仔滾至出現一個個泡(即雞眼)時,加入水蛋不斷攪拌,即成。

Bubur Ikan pak fan (sejenis ikan teri) dan telur (cocok untuk bayi usia 8-15 bulan)

Bahan

l 120 gr ikan pak fan

l 1 butir telur

Caranya

1. 2 sendok (1/2 gelas beras) direndam dengan air panas selama 1 jam atau lebih kemudian rebus dgn 7 gelas air, kemudian masukkan ikan pak fan yg telah digunting kepalanya rebus sampai mendidih dan lembek

2. kocok telur ayam ditambah I telur air yg telah ditakar dgn kulitnya telur, masukkan telur kepiring yg telah diolesin sedikit minyak, stim selama 20 menit,

3. kalau bubur sudah mengental masukkan telur yg telah distim dan diaduk rata

Baby & Kid Recipe - Silverfish and steamed Egg Congee

Ingredient

120g silverfish

1 egg (use whole egg only for 12 months or older that have eaten egg white before)

Method

Submerge 2 tablespoons of raw rice (about half cup) in hot water for more than an hour before making congee. Pour about 7 cups of water into the pot. Add silverfish with heads cut off. Bring to the boil. Adjust amount of water if you want to make mushy rice.

Stir egg with an eggshell of water. Pour onto an oil-brushed dish (to prevent the egg from sticking to the bottom). Steam over water for 20 minutes. You can also turn another dish over the pot when steaming. In this way, no matter how long the egg is steamed, it will still be smooth.

Add steamed egg when congee boils with bubbles. Keep stirring.

嬰幼兒營養食譜 - 脆肉瓜粟米魚茸粥 (適合8-15個月嬰兒)

Ingredient

脆肉瓜1/2支

粟米1/2支

魚茸1湯匙

Method

脆肉瓜先洗凈,去皮切粒,待用。

粟米先煲熟切粒,然後放入攪拌機打成茸,待用。

將鯇魚腩用薑片,隔水蒸熟,然後起肉。若用三文魚,則灼熟後除去白色脂肪。

將兩湯匙米(約1/2杯米)用熱水浸1小時或以上才用來煲粥,注入約7杯水入煲內。另外,可將脆肉瓜粒一起放入跟米一同煲粥。

最後,才將粟米茸、魚茸一起放進粥內,再煲一會即可。

Bubur Chui yuk kua (sejenis labu) jagung dan daging ikan (cocok utk bayi usia 8-15 bulan)

Bahan

l 1/2 btg Chui yuk kua

l 1/2 btg jagung

l 1 sendok daging ikan yg telah dihancurkan

Caranya

1. cuci dan kupas chui yuk kua, potong dadu,siap utk digunakan

2. jagung direbus dan diiris dadu, kemudian diblender, siap utk digunakan

3. Stim ikan sampai matang, kemudian angkat dagingnya, kalau menggunakan ikan salmon,setelah distim dibuang bagian lemaknya

4. 2 sendok beras (1/2 gls) rendam dgn air panas selama 1 jam atau lebih, rebus dgn 7 gelas air, selain itu boleh masukkan chui yuk kua direbus barengan dgn bubur.

5. terakhir masukkan jagung dan daging ikan yg telah dihaluskan, kedalam panci yg berisi bubur, rebus sebentar

- Fish Paste Congee with Zucchini and Sweet Corn Purée (suitable for 8-15 months baby)

Ingredient

1/2 zucchini

1/2 sweet corn

1 tablespoon fish paste

Method

Wash zucchini thoroughly. Unpeel and dice. Set aside.

Cook the sweet corn until done. Slice kernels off cob and blend into a purée. Leave for later use.

Steam grass carp belly with ginger over water until cooked. Remove the bones. If using salmon, blanch in hot water and trim off white fat.

Submerge 2 tablespoons of raw rice (about 1/2 cup) in hot water for above an hour before making congee. Pour about 7 cups of water into the pot. Add zucchini dices to cook together with raw rice.

Add sweet corn purée and fish paste and cook for a white.

嬰幼兒營養食譜 - 紅蘿蔔粟米茸瘦肉粥 (適合8-15個月嬰兒)

Ingredient

紅蘿蔔1碗

粟米1/2條

瘦肉1湯匙

Method

紅蘿蔔去皮、切件,放入滾水煲熟,可切粒或放入攪拌機打成茸。如果寶寶吞嚥能力好,可以將生紅蘿蔔粒跟米一起煲,這樣會更有口感。

粟米先煲熟切粒,然後放入攪拌機打成茸,待用。

當粥滾起一個個泡時可放入廋肉,期間要不斷攪拌,以免肉碎黏在一起。

最後,才將紅蘿蔔茸(已煲熟)、粟米茸一起放進粥內。

Bahan

l 1 mangkok lobak merah

l 1/2 btg jagung

l 1 sendok (1/4 mangkok) daging babi

Caranya

1. kupas lobak merah, potong, rebus sampai matang, boleh juga diblender mentah, boleh juga diiris dadu dan direbus barengan dgn bubur

2. jagung direbus dan diiris dadu, kemudian diblender, siap utk digunakan

3. kalau bubur sudah mengental masukkan daging babi, terus diaduk rata agar dagingnya tdk lengket

4. terakhir masukkan lobak merah (yg telah direbus), jagung (yg telah dihaluskan) kedalam bubur, aduk rata

Baby & Kid Recipe - Lean Pork Congee with Carrot and Sweet Corn Purée

Ingredient

1 bowl carrot

1/2 sweet corn

1 tablespoon learn pork

Method

Unpeel carrot and cut into pieces. Cook in boiling water until done. Dice or blend to a purée. Or, if baby has good swallowing ability,cook raw carrot cubes with raw rice until done to make it chewier!

Cook sweet corn until done and cut kernels off cob. Blend to a purée. Set aside.

Add lean pork when congee boils with bubbles. Keep stirring to prevent the minced meat from sticking together.

Add cooked carrot purée and sweet corn purée into congee.
