丟臉！內政部拉警報！大馬人最愛瀏覽兒童[色.情]網站，居東南亞榜首！回教州吉蘭丹最嚴重！
內政部副部長拿督努嘉茲蘭指出，只要瀏覽或下載過任何兒童[色.情]內容影像，都可被追查到，民眾不宜觸碰這類違法的內容，否則可在兒童虐待法令下遭受對付。
英文《星報》日前報導，我國約2萬個兒童[色.情]圖片和視頻相關的IP位址，在東南亞國家中位踞榜首，努嘉茲蘭指出，警方正加大力度，偵查與兒童[色.情]影像有關的網站。
「警方也與澳洲及英國警方合作，學習最新的網上偵查兒童[色.情]影像技術，包括也將偵查洪流網絡（network torrent ），以將這些戀童癖者繩之以法。」
2017年底一項全馬調查顯示，自認高人一等的伊斯蘭宗教州吉蘭丹，是全馬最多人瀏覽兒童[色.情]網站的州屬。登嘉樓排名第二。巧的是，登嘉樓也是經常高喊伊斯蘭聖潔口號的州屬。
不僅僅是對兒童[色.情]網站最瘋狂，吉蘭丹州的愛滋病、同性戀問題也非常泛濫，尤其[亂.倫]、[性·侵]暴力事件也居高不下；讓外人嘆為觀止：原來所謂的宗教聖潔真面目是這樣不堪入目。
努嘉茲蘭今午在聯邦農糧銷售局，舉辦的慶祝農業33周年柔州級活動推介儀式，發表談話。
他奉勸所有國人遠離這類兒童[色.情]影像，因為只要瀏覽或下載過這類影像，不管過了多久，警方都能偵測到這些記錄，相關人士也會在兒童虐待法令下受對付。
他說，這一小撮戀童癖者有一個社群，這些人一般會使用匿名IP位址，上傳及分享這類兒童[色.情]影像，使警方偵查過程遇到一定的挑戰。
「警方也與其他國家執法機構合作，調查國人是否也在其他國家，下載這類影像。」
另外，努嘉茲蘭針對當天的活動說，內政部除了擬定與國家安全相關政策，也與參與國家糧食供應安全的部分。
他說，內政部與農業部緊密配合，除了確保國家糧食安全，也避免糧食供鏈只被幾個人掌控，導致食品價格上漲。
「內政部也須確保食品供應充足，不會出現糧食供應短缺問題。」
MALAYSIA now holds the dubious distinction of being the No. 1 consumer of child pornography in Southeast Asia, with many paedophiles using backdoor websites to upload and download materials to avoid detection.
It’s tough for the authorities to detect a culprit as the backdoor downloader websites hide the identities and internet protocol (IP) addresses, said Deputy Home Minister Nur Jazlan Mohamed.
He said those who engaged in such activities are reminded that it is an offence to download and upload child pornography material in Malaysia.
「I urge all internet users in the country not to engage in any pornographic activity, including downloading child pornographic materials, as it is an offence,」 Nur Jazlan was quoted as saying by the New Straits Times yesterday.
He said Malaysia is working with its counterparts in Australia and the United Kingdom to track and trace the errant internet users responsible for uploading and downloading child pornography online.
The need to be vigilant and track down the perpetrators comes following the arrest of British serial sex offender Richard Huckle last year.
Huckle was arrested by Britain’s National Crime Agency after a tip-off from Australian police and convicted of 71 counts of serious sexual assaults against children while posing as a teacher, photographer and devout Christian in Malaysia. He also uploaded child pornographic materials using local servers.
Malaysia is the number one country in Southeast Asia in terms of uploading and downloading photographs and visuals of child pornography, according to federal police Sexual, Women and Child Investigation Division (D11) principal Jenny Ong Chin Lan.
Ong at a recent seminar on cyber protection for children said data showed that about 20,000 IP addresses in Malaysia were detected uploading and downloading photographs and visuals of child pornography.
Dutch police based in Malaysia provided the data in 2015, Ong said. The data also showed that prior to 2014, an average of 60 children a year became victims of sex predators whom they befriended through apps like WeChat, WhatsApp, Beetalk and social media sites like Facebook.
The number increased to 184 in 2015 and 183 in 2016 while as of May 2017, the figure stood at 117.
