《第12屆首爾國際電視節頒獎典禮》（Seoul International DramaAwards）於9月7日在汝矣島KBS進行，馬來西亞《金視獎》視後吳天瑜憑著ntv7年度重頭劇《心門》榮獲《第12屆首爾國際電視節》頒發「亞洲明星獎」，她也是首位受邀出席此頒獎典禮，並獲獎的馬來西亞藝人。

成功抱得「亞洲明星獎」的吳天瑜表示：「憑著《心門》成為第一個站在《首爾國際電視節》頒獎典禮的大馬藝人，並榮獲『亞洲明星獎』，真的是無比榮幸和感恩。真的要謝謝ntv7給予我的機會和信任，才會有《心門》這部電視劇以及在國際頒獎典禮上的成績！」她也說：「這次的國際交流，見識很多。希望往後可以有更多國際電視劇交流合作的機會，也期望大馬的作品繼續獲得國際的認同。」

此外，吳天瑜也在IG再一次發表她的感言：
「Tonight is like a dream to me ! Never expect I will step on the stage of Seoul international drama awards and be the first Malaysian artist to receive the recognition #AsianSTARprize
As a Malaysian actress, I am greatly thankful that we are given this opportunity to share our talent on this international stage.
I would like to thank the Revolving Heart team ( my best partner @sherinwong ) and NTV7 @ntv7chinese for their dedication and hard work to make this a reality; my management company @ientertainmentgroup , family members , fans & friends for the unconditional love and support , last but not least the judges and the organisers for this recognition .
Acting is my life career , and producing is my dream. I'm so blessed that My dream had Come true.
